You can follow all the world cup games in real-time in a virtual AR stadium! The app was advertised in newspapers with AR markers. However, using modern AR technology with marker-less tracking you could augment the Betsson stadium anywhere, even without the marker. Available on both iOS and Android.

Technology

We used Unity in combination with Vuforia to achieve performant 3D graphics and stability in tracking both with or without markers. Live game data, including player and ball position data was retrieved via socket connection.
